Wally Griffin, Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Griffin is a seasoned telecommunications executive with significant early stage and small business senior management experience. Wally was appointed by the Board of Managers in July 2009 to assist in accelerating the company’s development and has been responsible for significantly sharpening the company’s focus, clarifying its strategy, preparing for commercial product introductions and expanding its relationships with strategic partners such as LumenVox.

Dan Waggoner,  Vice President-Alliance Partners

Mr. Waggoner who previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Red Shift in 2007-2008 was recently re-engaged to pursue partnering opportunities and acquisition of customers.  He has an extensive background in the global telecommunications industry, including sales, project and territory management, forecasting, business plan creation and analysis; in-depth knowledge of current technologies, such as VoIP, Wi-Fi, Cisco routers, frame relay, ATM and fiber optics; also broad experience in CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier), DSL and long distance service.  He has considerable background and experience in senior management roles in Sales, Technology and General Management at such companies as GTE/Telenet, U.S. Signal, Uninet, Equant Network Services, LCI, TDS MetroCom and MCI Corporation.

 

Board Of Managers

Red Shift Company, LLC’s Board of Managers consists of William I. Thompson, Chairman & CFO and John F. Remillard, President. The Board of Managers is responsible for all management and operational activities of the company.

William I. Thompson.

Mr. Thompson is owner and President of Thompson Capital Corporation, a private investment banking firm he founded in 1983. Thompson Capital provides financial advice to buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions and acts as consultant and advisor in raising equity and debt placements. During the period 1962-1982, Mr. Thompson served as Partner and Managing Director with the investment banking firm Blyth Eastman Paine Webber and its predecessor firms.

John F. Remillard.

Mr. Remillard is a creative scientist and inventor who has dedicated most of his life applying computers to solve real-world problems in pioneering ways and in the process has developed new and unique theories of speech and hearing.

As an inventor, he has been issued 3 patents for new and unique lossless data encoding (compression) methods (2 of those patents were granted without reference, which means there was no prior art), has 1 new voice data encoding patent pending, 1 new patent application awaiting legal formalization, and is developing patent applications for new speech synthesis and automatic speech recognition algorithms.
